Harald GOTTSCHALK was born in 1962.

After finishing school, he met Robert Doisneau, one of the most wellknown French photographers and began fulfilling his childhood dream to become a photographer.

His artistic work and technical abilities have been greatly influenced by the long-lasting professional relationship with the famous Japanese artist, Keiichi Tahara.

Harald Gottschalk has performed over than 60 solo and collective exhibitions, in France and abroad, including Gallery of the French National Library,
International Photo Event ‘Mois de la Photo’, European Heritage Days, FIAC, Art Paris, Salon d’Automne and Paris Photo.

Parallel to his personal work, he collaborates on prestigious projects with international brands such as Cartier, Rolex, Joël Robuchon, Editions Assouline …
